Place the cold meat into a casserole with some oil, 300g of tomatoes, a glass of wine and half the seasoning, cover and cook slowly adding a little water if necessary. Stir before serving piping hot with winter veggies like mashed potato or even polenta. Ingredients: Salt, onion, parpika, basil, sage, celery, carrot, clove, parsley and cinnamon. |
